NUST STAFF AND STUDENTS

Staff and Students of the institution are automatically members of the Library.

Loan privileges
NUST Staff: 15 items for 60 days
NUST Postgraduate Students: 10 items for 30 days
NUST Undergraduate Students: 6 items for 14 days
Part-time and Contract staff: 3 items for 14 days

UNAM STAFF AND STUDENTS

Registered students and staff of the University of Namibia can become members of the Library by completing an OUTSIDE MEMBERSHIP FORM.  Undergraduate students should pay a refundable deposit of N$935.00 at registration.

UNAM Staff: 3 Items for 30 days
UNAM Students: 3 Items for 14 days

OUTSIDE USERS

Other users/students must register and pay non-refundable membership fees before they can take items on loan. Membership fees are determined by the membership category that is chosen:

1 Item at a time:    N$420
2 Items at a time:    N$740
3 Items at a time:    N$1045

Day visitors: Amount N$ 55.00 (No Loan Privileges)

Requirements: 1 PASSPORT PHOTO AND A COPY OF ID
MEMBERSHIP WILL BE APPROVED WITHIN A WEEK.

ALUMNI MEMBERSHIP

Students that completed qualifications with NUST can apply for this membership, with the following privileges:
